Welcome to the Headache Center

The Headache Center program develops treatment strategies through translational research, and clinical trials including the newest solutions for treating patients suffering from headaches, facial pain, migraines, tension headaches, cluster and low intracranial pressure headaches including biofeedback, and stress management.  

Our multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach includes collaborating with neurosurgeons, pain specialists, interventional radiologists, ophthalmologists, physical therapists, and oral and maxillofacial surgeons with expert experience managing headaches through the UMass Chan Medical Center. The center is staffed by a faculty physician and clinical research specialist, a nurse practitioner, a medical support team, and a research coordinator.
